We are so confident of the quality of our products and our workmanship that we offer all of our installed equipment and cabling a full three-year guarantee.

We always provide a comprehensive handover when a system is installed. We can also provide follow-up training if required. See more on our training page.

For additional peace of mind, we offer System Health Checks or Full Maintenance Contracts. With a System Health Check, for an annual fee you can enjoy the following benefits:

• An annual Service Call to fully test the system, and carry out any minor repairs such as loose connections.
  
• 10% off the purchase of additional equipment, such as a CD player, additional microphone or loudspeakers to go with your system.

The total cost for an Annual System Health-check Agreement (SHA), depends on whether you have sound or projection and the complexity of the system.

If you have a requirement for a Full Maintenance Contract, with call-outs within a fixed time period, we can create a bespoke agreement tailored to your desired level of support.
